How to Heelflip a
Heelflips are a lot like kickflips accept you use your front heel to flip your board instead of your toe. Like the kickflip, this trick starts out as an ollie. Your feet go on the board pretty much just like an ollie, back foot on the tail and front foot just behind the front truck. Some people like to have their front toes hang off a little.
The pop is just like the ollie. You want to kick the heel of your front foot forward and point your toes in the air. You want to be able to flick the edge of your skateboard with your heel. One you flip it get your feet outa the way so the board can turn. Heelflips turn the board fast though so you want to watch the board.
Stay level, which means your shoulders stay level to the ground and this keeps your feet over the board. When the skateboard flips you need to catch it with your back foot. Then your front foot gets on it and you land and roll on. Make sure your knees flex though.
